1. Services

Wellness Cupboard provides online wellness content, corporate workshops, and retreat experiences. All information shared is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical, psychological, or professional advice.

2. Personal Responsibility

By participating in any workshop, retreat, or online content, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing. You agree to consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise, wellness, or lifestyle program.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, written materials, branding, and resources, remains the property of Wellness Cupboard and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

4. Payments

All bookings must be paid in accordance with the payment terms outlined at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Wellness Cupboard reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a transfer or refund as outlined in the Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wellness Cupboard is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in workshops, retreats, or online activities, except where required by law.

Return and Refund Policy

Workshops:

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 48 hours to 6 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Wellness Cupboard reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered.

Retreats:

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the retreat start date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable booking fees.
Cancellations made 7–13 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the retreat are non-refundable.

However, bookings may be transferred to another participant with prior written notice.
